But the distortion of the 33 looks like this: a healer who cannot heal herself into believing she is ready. A teacher who knows the material but keeps postponing the class.

Awareness of your pattern is the first step. But awareness alone does not dissolve the unworthiness. Your body still holds the old record โ the deep cellular belief that you need to be more healed, more evolved, more complete before you can show up fully.
When you do the deeper work โ releasing that at the nervous system level โ the 33 comes fully online in a way that changes every room, every relationship, every life she touches.
Not because she finally achieved the standard. Because she finally laid it down. And discovered that who she was underneath was always, already, more than enough.
