Preparation Items

To get the most out of this activation, here’s how to prepare:

• Create sacred space – Find a quiet spot where you won’t be interrupted (and have privacy). Light a candle, grab your favorite crystal, or set the vibe in whatever way feels good.

• Bring a journal + pen – You’ll want space to reflect, anchor insights, and capture what comes through.

• Have water or tea nearby – Stay hydrated as we move energy and shift your frequency.

• Download your Mini-Workbook – This is your personal space to reflect, receive, and integrate what comes through. Inside, you’ll find journal prompts, space for notes, and post-activation integration support. You'll receive the workbook 24 hours prior.  

• Arrive a few minutes early – We’ll start right on time. Give yourself space to land and settle before we begin.

• Come as you are – No pressure to show up “perfect.” Come with an open heart and a willingness to receive exactly what you need.
